RJ BRUNOFF
What is your favorite part about being a personal trainer?
Being able to not only make physical changes in people, but to watch their mentality about themselves change.
What are your favorite personal activities and hobbies?
I love to play music. I've been playing guitar and singing since I was 12. I am also a practitioner of Iaido (Japanese Swordsmanship) and a Game Master for my Dungeons and Dragons group.
What inspired you to get involved in health as a personal trainer?
In 2015 my dad suffered a heart attack. This was a trigger for me to get in shape. I was very overweight and had to learn to eat right and workout the correct way. Once i started getting results my friends and family started coming to me for advise. When I saw changes happen for them I realized how rewarding an experience training can be.
What is your biggest goal with your client as their trainer?
My biggest goal is to make a client not only achieve their fitness goals but create a healthy sustainable mindset around fitness and about themselves.
What is your education history?
I have a bachelors degree in history from Washington State University and am a certified nutritionist, personal trainer and power lifting coach from the ISSA.
