New Small Groups Added!
You early AM people are absolutely crazy - but you asked for it and it’s here! We’ve added ten more early AM Small Group sessions to the schedule. Save your spot now before they fill up!
Bye bye bye - to 15 reps!
This month we are saying farewell (or more like GTFO) to 15 rep month. Small groups will now alternate between 5 and 10 reps each month AND the rep scheme is not listed on the matrix.

In addition to the rep change you’ll notice we’ve swapped out Full Body Conditioning for Full Body Strength.
Fulcrum has a seasonal programming calendar called the Matrix. For the Spring and summer months, the program is incrementally more focused on conditioning to increase capacity for outdoor activities requiring endurance (like hiking, biking and paddling). In the winter, the Matrix moves more towards a strength focus to use the winter to focus on building capacity here for the next year's summer activities
