ERIC - MLK DIRECTOR
I train with a strong emphasis on sustainability and balance, helping people rewire their brains in how to move correctly and in ways that will support them being able to exercise for the rest of their lives. Incorporating agility, circuit training, heart rate training, pilates, strength, mobility, flexibility, and dynamic athletic movement. Adapting to all ages and fitness levels, while being aware and sensitive to people's previous injuries, mobility, and potential trauma they have had in relation to movement.
WALT - HAWTHORNE DIRECTOR
I joined the fitness industry to spread the positive impact that fitness can have on people's lives. Working out for me is my therapy and i know it's the same for many others, so I want that hour to be the best hour the day!
BRITTANY
My approach to wellness is aspirational and grounded at the same time. Which is especially important these days. I'll help you find the drive to reach your goals and the compassion to love yourself fully, even when it tough.
